New Creations Art Gallery & Studios is a totally new concept as far as art galleries go. Recently opened right in the heart of Maple Ridge, this brand-new gallery is a truly unique space that will provide visitors with a memorable experience.

What makes New Creations special are its large gallery where guest artists offer new shows on a monthly basis; resident artists, each with his/her own studio, where they can be seen working most days; a first-of-its-kind in the world ’Lumiere Noire’ showroom (left), where you will see a stunning display of works painted with special luminescent paint, shown under black lights; as well as a gift shop where smaller items can be purchased.

The brainchild of artist Jack Prasad, the gallery aims to offer visitors a chance to experience art in a new way, through a personal connection with the artist as well as the art. Other artists represented are: Rosaline Kennedy and Suzette Fram.

Situated at 22409 McIntosh Avenue, the entrance is across the town square, behind Jim’s Pizza. The gallery is open 6 days per week, from 11 to 4 (12 to 4 on Sunday, closed Mondays).
